Our full time licensed Transaction Coordinator (TC) is here to serve our Agents and Clients. By hiring a full time licensed coordinator, we manage to free up some of our Agents time to better serve you the client. Our coordinator helps facilitate and manage the escrow process to make sure all disclosures are received, time lines are met, and your transaction progresses smoothly behind the scenes.
